The Ongoing Israeli attacks against Palestinians subject of Sudanese-Palestinian Foreign Affairs Correspondence

The Sudanese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Maryam Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi, made a phone call to Dr. Riyadh Al-Maliki, The Palestinian Foreign Affairs Minister and Minister of Expatriates of the State of Palestine, on Friday, to discuss the ongoing Israeli attacks against Palestinians, and offered her country’s support.

During the call, the minister expressed her and Sudan’s concern about the ongoing Israeli attacks against Palestinians.
Al-Mahdi emphasized that the Sudanese government and people standing with the Palestinian people in the face of these attacks.
She also stressed Sudan’s readiness to provide everything necessary or required by to stop these attacks and, and to engage in any individual or collective effort to support the Palestinian position.
For his part, Al-Maliki welcomed the call and thanked the minister and her country for standing up for Palestinian rights.
The Palestinian foreign affairs minister briefed her on the details of the situation in both the Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem.
Al-Mahdi presented several proposals to activate the Arab action, and Al-Maliki in return promised to discuss them with the Arab League and the Palestinian leadership.
The two ministers agreed to exert every possible effort to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people throughout the entire occupied Palestinian territory.
