The Employers Federation in Sudan expressed its desire to build rapport with Saudi investment companies under the private sector.
This comes within the framework of taking advantage of the resources and capabilities available in Sudan.
In addition to benefiting from the expertise, experiences, and financing opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to achieve the interests of the two countries.
During his address to the Sudanese-Saudi Economic Forum in Khartoum on Sunday, Hashim Salah Hasan Matar, head of the Sudanese Employers Federation, praised the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in supporting Sudan politically and economically.
He said that the forum was evidence of the Kingdom’s interest in supporting post-revolution Sudan, to discuss opportunities and areas of investment and commercial cooperation between the two countries.

Matar pointed out that the forum comes at a stage and the country is witnessing transformations at the level of the international community.
This follows the efforts of the transitional government, which contributed to the reintegration of Sudan into the global economy.
It also follows the subsequent economic reform steps, especially in the areas of laws and legislation to create a business environment, commitment to transparency and governance, and reform of state institutions to improve the investment environment in line with international requirements.
The President of the Employers Federation encouraged Saudi investors to invest in partnerships in priority areas offered, especially in areas of infrastructure, energy, agriculture and mining.
